In this chapter, we have learned the difference between standard and custom objects, and fields, the possible ways to create them, what different types of relationships can be established between objects, how to create them, and the different ways to import and export data into and from Salesforce.
In Chapter 3, Declarative Automation, we will learn how to support our business processes by automating actions that users, normally have to perform manually. We'll have a look at the different tools that are provided by Salesforce out of the box and how you can leverage them, and we will explain this further with example exercises.
But first, it's time to check whether you understood everything we learned about in this chapter. So, it is quiz time!
