Flight delays and cancellations are travel annoyances. Will a Chicago-bound flight arrive late causing a traveler to miss their connecting flight to Denver? Another traveler at Chicago Airport just learned that their connecting flight to Philly was delayed, perhaps even canceled. If both travelers could predict the odds of their respective experiences actually occurring, travel would get so much better.
