Describe Support Options for Microsoft 365 Services
In addition to the support options already mentioned, customers can also purchase paid service and support contracts. This service, a Unified Support Agreement (formerly called a Premier Support Agreement), comes with access to a named support manager (a customer success account manager) that can act both proactively and reactively on your issues.
Microsoft offers several support options for Microsoft 365 services, ranging from Standard support (included with any subscription) through to advanced paid support. Support can be initiated via the admin portal, as shown in the previous section, or by calling Microsoft directly.
Table 13.2 describes the features available with the various support options.
