In this chapter, we have gone through various concepts related to Visual Workflow. We started with the business scenario where you can use Visual Workflow, followed by the benefits of using Flow. Then we discussed the Visual Workflow development life cycle and had an overview of Cloud Flow Designer. At the end, we discussed steps to creating a multistep approval process. In the next chapter, we will go through the basic concepts of Process Builder and a few use cases where you can use it.
