Using transformations to create dataset

Transformations allow us to combine data from multiple data sources or Salesforce and create a dataset. Transformations in Analytics Cloud are attached to the dataflow file. The following are some of the transformations that are currently supported. With transformations, you can manipulate the data before it is registered as a dataset. In Salesforce, the sales data is represented by the opportunity object, the prospects are leads, and a company is an account. For most of the section, we will be assuming the dataset is from Salesforce and one of these objects to demonstrate the power of transformations.
