Your Keap dashboard serves as a centralized hub that provides a visual representation of key metrics and data related to your business’s interactions with its customers and leads. In essence, it is a snapshot of your day.
How to use it
Let’s begin digging a little deeper into your CRM. When you first open Keap, you will land on your dashboard. This offers a snapshot of what’s going on in your business:
- The dashboard shows you how many contacts you have both in total and also broken down into various date ranges
- It displays relevant sales data including repeat clients, sales, and pending quotes
- You can manage your daily activities such as tasks and appointments here too
