Key deliverables
The project charter in the define stage helped us to create a roadmap of where we want to go. The measure stage established the current, as-is state of the process that we want to improve. The next stage, analyze, scrutinizes the potential factors collected in the measure stage to identify actual factors that significantly impact the outcome and to prioritize them. Although, for the convenience of discussion, we discuss measure and analyze separately, in real life, they may overlap and may go almost hand-in-hand.
