Maybe only ten percent of people out there really know what they're doing in IT today, and they can't be in every organization at once. It's debatable whether anyone really knows what they're doing, of course, because I bet if you asked those ten percent, they would say, "I don't know what I'm doing!"
What the ten percent do know is that when they do this, they're less stressed out. When they do this, their website is more reliable. When they do that, they get one more extra customer every time.
