Feature list of the smart fan

The smart fan will have the following features:

It has a button switch to stop the fan.
It has three other buttons to change the fan speed: low, normal, and high speeds.
It is Alexa-enabled. It responds to voice commands to change the fan speed.

We also need to keep track of its current state on AWS IoT Core to maintain consistency. When the user sets the fan speed by physically pressing the speed buttons of the fan, the cloud backend will be updated with this information.
