Negotiating is commonplace in all aspects of our lives. Knowing what we are worth, knowing the issues and being able to communicate these into a win-win negotiation is essential in our business success.

The more we understand about negotiating, we find that it is a comfortable blend of introvert and extrovert traits to balance for higher and lower stake situations. We no longer have to retreat. We can stand up for ourselves, and what we desire, in our way.
