We were not born with low self-confidence; we learned it, and we can unlearn it or learn to have greater self-confidence. Doing something consistently to increase it will do this. The more tools you have in your toolbox, the more repair work you can do. So it is with a low self-confidence level.

Undoubtedly, there are a vast number of action steps to help with self-confidence. Some that you could do on a daily basis and some that you could do as needed. Self-confidence grows like money in the bank. You can make a deposit, or you can make a withdrawal to the bank of self-confidence everyday.
