Measuring enterprise architects

Lean, repeatable, and consistent models are much more effective for measurement in Agile organizations. The Agile enterprise architect's measurement framework shown in the following diagram is based on the principles of enterprise architects on a five-point scale:

For each parameter shown in the diagram, enterprise architects collaborate with other stakeholders to decide on scoring between 1 and 5. The spider chart on the right of the preceding diagram shows a visual view of the outcome. Once the overall score is calculated by summing individual scores, use the maturity model shown in the following diagram to reflect the current maturity state of the enterprise architects:
