Integration with Adobe InDesign

When Acrobat and PDF were first introduced, Macs used by graphic designers did not talk to Windows software used by most clients in typical business offices. This gap made it really complicated to share and present files. Using fonts was a real challenge, as they had to be converted from one operating system to another, always with disappointing results.

We have come a long way. Adobe layout applications now have an extensive set of options for converting source documents to PDF.
