Securing and Providing Access to Diagrams
In this chapter, we will see how we can make Visio diagrams available to others through Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, while ensuring that the file and content are kept safe. For example, business process diagrams can contain information that is only intended for specific audiences; therefore, their security and targeted permission to edit, comment on, or even view needs to be controlled.
