This chapter was all about how to progress your project and your build, so that you can get on with the important business of shipping your product! We looked at how you go about validating the solution you've designed, from both a technical validation and a business validation viewpoint.
Within the context of design thinking, we then looked at how you need to make sure your solution is refined based on early feedback, and how you can learn by testing – right from the ideation and prototyping stages.
Once you have a valid solution, you need consensus with your project stakeholders to implement that solution.
