Using accessibility features
Some people have visual difficulties, while others have hearing or physical limitations. Fortunately, the iPhone comes with options to make all its features accessible for everyone just as long as you take a little time defining different accessibility features.
The iPhone divides accessibility features into the following categories: Vision, Physical and Motor, Hearing, and General. Although these accessibility features are designed for those who need them to be able to use the iPhone, anyone can use these accessibility features to make the iPhone easier to use.
To access the accessibility features, follow these steps:
- Tap the Settings icon on the Home screen.
- Tap Accessibility. The Accessibility screen appears, as shown in Figure 3.29:
- Tap an option you want to use, such as Zoom or Touch. Another screen appears, displaying various options you can define.
