Compositing in VirtualDub
VirtualDub basically creates animations from still images and has loads of other image filters too. In just a couple of steps, you are going to take the individual frames saved from Thea or SketchUp and turn them into an uncompressed AVI video.

Animation on the Mac
VirtualDub is a Windows-only application. To do the same job on a Mac, download the free app Zeitraffer from the Apple App Store. This small application let's you select a folder with numbered images and save them as a QuickTime or MPEG-4 video, with optional resizing and frame rate adjustment. That's all we need for this step.
Creating an animation from still images
Follow these steps to turn your images into a video:
To open VirtualDub, double-click on the
VirtualDub.exe
file (or shortcut).In VirtualDub, go to File| Open Video File.
Navigate to the folder where you saved the image frames and click on the first image.
Click on Open. The images will be loaded in sequence.
