Chapter 9, Describing Security Management and Capabilities of Azure, discussed the CSPM capabilities within Microsoft Defender for Cloud, along with the enhanced security capabilities that provide threat protection to Azure resources. Microsoft 365 Defender provides enhanced threat detection and protection capabilities for Microsoft 365 using a suite of Microsoft Defender products. The combination of Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft 365 Defender solutions creates the Microsoft XDR solution.
