Upgrading data from CAL objects

When you move a customer from a CAL solution to an AL one, you need to handle not only the source code, but also the data that was in any of the old CAL tables and fields. With the AL system architecture, the tables and fields will no longer be in the same place in the database as they were when they were based on CAL. As a result, the data will need to be moved from the CAL tables and fields to the AL ones.
