Final thoughts
Technology and computing has advanced so that our lives can be understood and analyzed in minute detail, via the data captured not only from the many interactions we have with private and public organizations but also from the individual devices we use in our daily lives, like mobile phones. We could be using that data to develop highly personalized tools to guide and nudge us to make better decisions about how we plan and manage our lives.
If we were able to share that data on a global scale in a way we could trust, that protected our privacy and security, imagine how the world could benefit from the innovation that would be unleashed, whether it came up with that elusive cure for dementia, or predicted the next pandemic.
Data can understand lives. Data can improve lives. Data can save lives. So, what's stopping us?
