The post-go-live phase is an interesting phase, as it is never static. Its dynamic nature calls for continuous improvement of your business platform, keeping up to date with the latest features, and having a healthy system to fuel your organization's growth.
Once your project is live on Finance and Operations, you need to make sure that your instance is updated and supported as per the Microsoft Product Lifecycle. Before One Version, customers used to go through the upgrade process but with One Version, it will only be updated. Let's first understand the difference between update and upgrade:
