The Field Service app leverages some core common entities with the rest of the apps in the family. These are a set of defined entities that form the initial model for Common Data Service (CDS) and include elements such as accounts and contacts. This Common Data Mode (CDM) has been agreed upon in collaboration with multiple partners, in the hope of standardizing and unifying various applications. In addition, entities such as the work order, which is at the core of this module, are specific to Field Service.
