Chapter 9: Workflow Integration
As you've seen so far in this book, Microsoft Teams provides a rich collaboration and communication environment as well as a great platform for application development. And, as you learned in Chapter 2, Approvals, Microsoft Teams now has native components to help with approval workflows.
In this chapter, we're going to expand on some of the workflow concepts and continue to integrate components in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem into your daily workstream, connecting some applications to achieve a specific task with some of the tools you've learned about up to this point.
This chapter will be divided into five parts:
- Solution overview
- Configuring a team
- Configuring a form
- Configuring a flow
- Testing the solution
By the time you finish this chapter, you should be able to connect applications in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to Microsoft Teams.
