After the initial cloud deployment, this phase ensures that operations are not only stable but also efficient and cost-effective. As opposed to the first three phases, the optimize phase is a continuous ongoing process with periodic reviews, adjustments, and the fine-tuning of the cloud environment and application footprints to consistently meet business objectives more efficiently.
