Innovating with the cloud
We would be hard-pressed to find an enterprise that doesn’t have at least one form of organization whose charter is to focus on innovation. This often goes by various names – innovation hubs, innovation labs, research hubs, business accelerators, and innovation CoEs. For companies that operate in highly regulated industries or have traditional approaches, innovation centers serve as a safe place to experiment and iterate on new projects and technologies. This is an important area of investment for enterprises. However, many organizations still struggle to derive value from these innovation centers. Consumer expectations continue to rise, and it is extremely important to meet consumer demands for businesses to thrive. Cloud computing has become the de facto hub for innovation and digital disruption, from advanced hardware, artifical intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML), XR, edge computing, and generative AI (GenAI) to quantum computing.
