Summary
In this chapter, we have studied the technical terminologies of the aerodynamics and forces that are helpful in steady flight. We have also studied the physics behind the working of the quadcopter and also derived the necessary formulas for the same. By learning this, you can design your own quad or hexacopter. We have seen the necessary engineering behind the quadcopter to achieve the necessary forces to drive it. We are now well-versed in working with and understanding the quadcopter.
In the next chapter, we will study each component of the copter more thoroughly, understanding what the key specifications of the components are, why they are used, how to conceptualize a system, and what the other parts of the system are.
