Time and culture considerations

Time, and how we manage our time, does not exist in a vacuum but I mentioned this before it bears repeating how I was pretty much laughed at when I had six hours between flights at the Fiji airport and I went around the airport interviewing everyone I met on time management, since I was finishing up a book on the topic at that time.
