Technical requirements

To try out the examples mentioned in this book, you need to have the following tools installed and resources available:

- An Ubuntu 18.04 environment with Bash shell. The examples might work on other Linux distributions as well but suitable changes must be done to the Ubuntu specific commands.

- A Datadog account and a user with admin-level access.

- A Datadog Agent running at host level or as a microservice depending on the example, pointing to the Datadog account.
