Objective 3.4 – Perform VMFS and NFS configurations and upgrades

The following part is similar and complementary to Objective 3.1, with some repetition, but also with more details related to VMFS and NFS datastores.

From a logic point of view, it could be better to read both sections at the same time.

Objective 3.4 for VCP65-DCV and VCP6-DCV are quite similar just because there weren't big changes in those storage functions from vSphere 6.0 to vSphere 6.5. It's just VMFS6 that's totally new.
