Consulting and teaching
From 2008, my career increasingly focused on providing senior consulting expertise for customers’ testing, quality, feedback, and security processes, in support of their digital transformation projects for DevOps, DevSecOps, and SRE.
As a senior solutions architect at Spirent Communications, I advised clients on integrating test tools and automation with DevOps test environments and processes. I also advised on the development of a powerful test environment automation platform called Velocity.
At Trace3, I helped build the Total DevOps consulting practice that emphasized automating continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes for enterprise clients.
In 2019, I founded a boutique consulting firm called Engineering DevOps Consulting that offers prescriptive practices for DevOps, DevSecOps, and SRE transformations based on my book, Engineering DevOps, self-published with Book Baby in 2019.
