Level 2 – Application-level monitoring and reporting

The second level of the monitoring framework deals with monitoring and reporting the details of the UiPath application deployed in the production environment.

At ABC Insurance Corporation, the UiPath CoE, UiPath Insights, and UiPath Orchestrator (monitoring, notification, and webhooks) features are also primarily used for application monitoring and reporting. Hence, a good understanding of these three components is necessary for the UiPath Monitoring team.

Application-level monitoring and reporting of UiPath applications are very useful for the UiPath Support team to get complete oversight of the health of the UiPath applications and be notified if there are any issues. The UiPath CoE leadership team also uses this level of UiPath application health dashboards and reports to maintain and validate the value proposition of supporting these production applications.
