Setting up call-handling features
There are times when you may want to have more than just your Zoom Phone ring at the same time for incoming calls, such as a separate physical phone or even your mobile device. For example, I have a PSTN line in my garage, as I don’t want to miss an important Zoom phone call. I have my Zoom Phone set up to simultaneously ring my garage phone. This may be beneficial if you sometimes work in a remote office with a separate line, and you want your Zoom client to not only ring on your desktop and mobile but also at your remote work location. There may be times when you want to forward a call to a separate work extension or even an external contact. There are many scenarios that you might have that need additional call handling.
