CIO questions that you may be asked
These are a number of the standard and more complex questions that you could be asked. I’ve penned a few bullets to outline some example answers. I haven’t written out any long-form answers, as when you are asked these questions you should never simply read the response. What is more important is to answer confidently and fluently and try to cover as much as possible. Remember that eye contact and engaging your interviewees equally are necessary. There is no point in having one interviewer vote yes for you and another vote no.
The following 25 questions I have either fielded myself or have heard asked. In preparation for your actual interview, I would suggest that you write some of your own notes for each of these example questions.
