In order to fulfill business requirements with limited resources, we are often in situations where using third-party libraries and frameworks makes a lot of sense. Depending on the experience of the developers and the expectations of the customer, we will end up choosing a specific framework or set of libraries. Some of them are very easy to incorporate to SharePoint Framework, like React and Fabric React as well as AngularJS or Angular 1+. Others might work just as well, but the lack of guidance and examples might steer us away from them.
