Summary

We started this chapter with an introduction to the Salesforce1 mobile app, continued working with dashboards using the Salesforce1 mobile app, explained dashboard refresh, opened dynamic dashboards, and dashboard filters using the Salesforce1 mobile app. We also discussed how to post dashboard snapshots to Chatter feed for collaboration.

Next we discussed reports in Salesforce1, how to open the report, including the additional filter feature when drilling down the report from a dashboard component. We summarized the limitations of accessing the dashboard and filter from the mobile app.
