Summary
In this chapter, we rolled up our sleeves and built a simple OmniStudio app using some go-to components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and FlexCards. As a result, we’ve now seen a large chunk of the OmniStudio platform in action. We’ve seen most of the go-to OmniStudio tools that make up virtually every app.
If this was your first look at OmniStudio, you should now have a good understanding of what’s involved in building the Salesforce Industries apps and how they differ from the other tools (e.g., Flows) available in the core Salesforce platform.
In the next chapter, we will get started on our quest for maximum OmniStudio application performance by learning about the tools and techniques we need to measure the performance of an OmniStudio implementation.
