Using the Configuration Manager toolkit
The Configuration Manager toolkit is a free set of tools available from Microsoft that assists with the management and diagnosis of issues on your Configuration Manager site. The toolkit can be downloaded from the Microsoft website and is frequently updated at http://bit.ly/1m8qfAB.
The tools available are split up in two categories: server- and client-based tools. We will look at both categories here.
Using server-based diagnostic tools
A number of tools are available in the server-based tools package in order to help diagnose and troubleshoot issues with your Configuration Manager site. The following tools are available in this package:
