Classic Workflows

All organizations have business processes that the organization uses to meet customer needs and to deliver products and services. Classic workflows and actions consist of a set of activity steps that are performed to achieve the desired outcome. Classic workflows are a capability of the Common Data Service (CDS) that help users perform repeatable tasks, keep other users and customers informed of progress, and reduce the need for users to check work.
