The use cases that are required for the RideRight purchasing team can once again be converted to new integration workflows, as we did with the needs of the other teams in previous chapters:

  • Ability to view ERP vendors in CRM, including:

    • Ability to use the CRM interactions feature for vendors

    • Ability to view vendor analysis information in CRM reports and dashboards

The RideRight purchasing team are unable to manage their vendor relationships in an effective and productive way. They currently manage vendor relationships by using the ERP and ad hoc methods such as spreadsheets and e-mail applications.

Their workflow will be changed so that they will use CRM as their primary tool for managing their vendor relationships. They will view vendor information in CRM.
