Process-monitoring plan (days 26-29)

Without proper control mechanisms in place, a process can sometimes to slip back to its original state. Process control refers to a system of activities that helps to maintain the performance of the process in line with customer needs and drives the ongoing process improvement. It also helps to ensure uniform communication across process groups. A lack of uniform communication may lead to inconsistent outputs and rework efforts.
