Getting data from databases

Before we can start analyzing the data in our SQL Server, we first need to acquire the data. One of the possible sources of the data can be another database. Regarding the import of data, the most easy-to-work-with source would be another SQL Server. We're using SQL Server 2017, so we should not face any issues with restoring or migrating the database into our environment. If we were to use an older version, we have to consider that you can't restore a backup from a newer version into an older version of SQL Server.
