Summary
In this chapter, we looked at surfacing a Power Virtual Agent into Teams and making it available to our Teams users across the organization. We then looked at where it makes sense to create multiple chatbots serving different functions.
After reviewing this chapter, we should have a good understanding of the various ways in which we can make a chatbot available in Teams, from a simple process of sharing a chatbot to full-blown publishing and approval by the Teams administrator.
In the next chapter, we will focus on the details around bringing information from external data sources into our Power Virtual Agents and serving that information to users through chat.
