Transformational leadership

Leadership can come in all different styles and forms. It can be formal or informal. It can be a one-person job or a shared task. We have all had experiences with both good and bad bosses that have affected our mood in the morning before going to work. Great leadership has been shown to lead to positive emotions in team members, a higher sense of pride, better outcomes in the workplace, and higher job satisfaction.
