Chapter 6: Understanding Your Tools
Every great craftsperson is highly familiar with all the tools in their tool belt. An expert in the trade, the craftsperson knows exactly which tool is needed to get the job done. In our case, it is important for us to understand the tools available to us before developing a cognitive automation use case. By having a full understanding of the tools available to us, we can more accurately choose the right tool for the job.
