Summary
Using BigQuery to analyze customer support data can provide highly useful insights to improve support and regular operations. Businesses can use customer support data insights to improve their products and services, resolve customer issues more quickly, and increase customer satisfaction.
In this hands-on exercise, we analyzed two customer support datasets and gained insights into common customer issues, customer demographics, and customer sentiment. This hands-on example is intended to be used as a starter guide and shows the value that BigQuery can provide to organizations looking to analyze their customer support data.
