Summary

In this chapter, we covered the overview and deployment models of the Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA), Web Security Appliance (WSA), and the Cloud Web Security (CWS). Crucially, we discussed the importance of securing endpoints on a network. Always remember, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Through all the previous chapters, we discussed practices to implement in our network that improve the security posture. Most importantly, in this final chapter, we took an overview of endpoint and application security to protect employees, as they are also an asset to an organization.
