Now that your KPIs are in place, you’re ready for the next step, which is to identify performance bottlenecks and determine what could be improved in your solution architecture. These improvements are something that, as a solutions architect, you should always relentlessly look for. Even in situations where you already meet your performance objectives, there might still be some margin for improvement. You may, for instance, discover that you could potentially still meet your performance objectives using fewer resources, thereby reducing your costs and carbon footprint at the same time.
