Mastering the audio editing tools

Studio One has an impressive list of audio editing tools, and the sheer number of available options may appear intimidating at first. However, these tools are in fact powered by just two algorithms – the pitch detection algorithm tells Studio One which notes are played in an audio recording, and the transient detection algorithm tells it when those notes are played. Editing tools use these algorithms to make informed decisions on the audio material and perform automated tasks with precision.
