Common issues and their resolutions
Here are some common issues related to the Desktop Agent that you may come across sooner or later:
- WebSocket connection closed: This sometimes happens in unattended mode. Jobs will show up in a failed status because the Intelligent RPA Factory and agent are unable to connect. Usually, an agent restart fixes the issue temporarily, but a deeper discussion may be needed with your web security team to address the root cause.
- System reboot during unattended mode: As the agent starts at Windows logon, you can store your Windows credentials in the Desktop Agent and ensure that the agent will load after a reboot.
