Summary

In this chapter, we learned about the various syncs we need to use to keep the ARTs aligned and why these syncs are important. We have even looked at a couple of extra syncs, including a Technical and Troika Sync. We learned how to continuously leverage the ART Board and why it’s important to not skip the Iteration System Demos due to their value.

There is a lot of continued alignment and execution that occurs during the iterations in the PI. Don’t fall into the trap of letting the teams operate independently during the PI. Use the Syncs, ART Board, and Iteration System Demos to retain alignment and keep the ART on the right track. In the next chapter, we’ll look into the PI event.
